Horizon Design System
Led efforts in unifying the brand's design system via Figma, consolidating existing design libraries derived from Adobe Magento, Silk, and third-party deliverables to integrate a cohesive branding strategy across multiple platforms and raise user satisfaction rates by 55%.
Site Mapping
Built out informational architecture diagrams to strategically map out mobile and desktop navigation journeys and identify bottlenecks. Navigated discovery sessions with C-suite, reviewing IA diagrams to align company timelines and collectively work out next steps.


Iterative Prototyping and User Testing
Conducted user research via Loop11, Qualtrics, and Figma Sites prototypes to assess visual communication and task success rates. Presented strategic solutions to stakeholders that ultimately boosted cart checkout completion by 18%.


Japan Market Expansion
Piloted UX efforts for expansion into Asian international markets, beginning with Japan. Conducted demographic research on cultural digital impact and market localization to develop wireframes and designs.
Officially launched the Plexus.jp pre-enrollment site in July of 2025 and exceeded the projected goal of 7,500 unique signups within two weeks.



VO Styling Updates
Took the lead on working with Product and Devops to update the Plexus Virtual Office user portal styling. Using a VO specific design library, collaborated with Silk product teams to effectively align the VO UI with redesign components and styling.
Styling updates were unanimously approved by the business and significantly improved user satisfaction rates among Plexus ambassadors by over 35%







Plexus Icon Club
Visualized Plexus Icon Club, a new VO user loyalty program, by creating contest tiles and respective information reports. Created concepts using marketing-provided copy and imagery along with design library components.
Desktop and mobile functionality was unveiled and launched at the 2025 Plexus Dallas convention, surpassing initial estimates for Icon Club activity via 1,284 unique opt-ins within the first 24 hours.







Launching Skin Health
Tasked with guiding the Plexus skincare rebrand, led conceptualization of a new landing page using pre-existing Contentful components and new product imagery. Provided accessibility feedback to the digital content team and coordinated Jira task flows within Marketing and Comms teams to maintain an accurate trajectory towards the April 2025 launch date.
Received with tremendous excitement, Plexus Skin Health recorded record sales within a month after launching, tripling skincare product sales and subscriptions.




Revamping a new email campaign initiative
Reignited the brand's email campaign strategy by devising new template designs that fit a wide range of use cases, working cross-collaboratively with communications, marketing, and compliance departments.
Led progressive discovery and working session meetings with stakeholders to ensure color styles, font scales, and iconography aligned with each sector's initiatives and delineate usage guidelines.
